I purchased tires from Costco online not knowing the wait time as it was not available until after purchasing. I had to wait about 3 weeks for the first available appointment. I tried to call the tire centre for 2 days waiting for someone to pick up the phone. Then I called the manager at Costco and all he could tell me is that no one picks the phone up because they are busy. They just need to use an answering machine that says this rather than allow customers to dial in over and over again.
On the day of tire fitting - it took them 2 hours to fit the tires onto my vehicle. Absolutely ridiculous!
I can not believe the attitude and lack of customer service and lack of care by Costco staff.
I would not advise anyone to buy their tires at Costco. The small savings in price is not worth wasting several hours.
I will never buy tires from Costco again.
