  I like this Home Depot, however today I was so very disappointed. Tried to buy some blinds and get them cut. After speaking with 5 (yes five) staff, it turns out both people who work this department were BOTH on break. Eventually a helpful staffer from another department contacted one of the members on break, who told them they'd be back to their department in 10 minutes.
  
  Another reviewer recommended going to the store on United Blvd- that store is a total disaster! It felt like the manager was on holidays for a month and staff stopped cleaning. Total mess and kaos everywhere!
  
  Both Home Depot stores (and RONA, if you are keeping track) have the hiding staff syndrome). Vanessa and Patrick at RONA are the exceptions.
  
  Occasionally Home Depot staff are very helpful, but unfortunately it's not on a regular basis.
  
  Customer service ain't what it used to be.
